Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time developer?

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the assigned developer?

Every engagement begins with a trial period that lasts up to two weeks, as per our policy. This means that you have enough time to guarantee the success of the engagement. We’ll then charge you for the time and carry on with the engagement for as long as you’d like if you’re happy with the outcome. We offer you access to another talent resource that might be a better fit if you’re not entirely satisfied.

Then, in accordance with our client agreement, we provide you the intellectual property for the work that the KontorVA talent produces for you.

Our clients have benefited greatly from this clear-cut, straightforward pass-through arrangement for many years. We may work with you to meet your objectives, nevertheless, if you would prefer that the expert enter into a direct agreement with you to effect the straight transfer of IP property.

How does our talent vetting ensure quality control?

We assess for a high degree of professionalism, personality, domain-specific expertise, and communication abilities.
